At 6’5 and over 300 pounds, Trent learned that it doesn’t take a diet high in animal protein to maintain the size needed to be the offensive tackle for the Washington Redskins.
Although he went vegan for ethical reasons, the 6’4 free agent quarterback is quick to comment on the health benefits of a plant based diet.

This guard for the Baltimore Ravens maintains a weight of 315 pounds at 6’5 with a complete vegan diet. He credits former teammate Mathieu and documentary “What the Health” for his transition.
This wide receiver has been vegan for more than two years. He says, “Nutrition plays a huge part in how quickly you can recover, how hard you can push yourself the next day …. I feel like [following a plant-based diet has] helped me tremendously.” He has been very vocal about veganism, even appearing in the well-known documentary Forks Over Knives to discuss his diet.
This cornerback, and vegan of over a year says, “Just going vegan, I just got just the history of being a vegan, how to fix your body and everything like that, so I fell in love with it,” he says.

The chef for this New England Patriots quarterback says Brady and his super model wife are prepared food that is very strict and “more than 80% vegan”. Brady also advocates for the diet with his own line of TB12™ Snacks —which are vegan, organic, raw, and gluten-free.
